Christmas Photography Session Service Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the photography session service ("Service") provided by Woodside Photography ("We," "Us," or "Our") to the customer ("You" or "Customer"). By booking a photography session with Us, You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

**Booking and Payment**

1. **Payment**: The full session fee is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made through our designated payment methods at the time of booking.

**Cancellation Policy**

2. **Free Cancellation**: You may cancel your scheduled session free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled session start time.

3. **50% Charge**: Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the session fee.

4. **No Refund**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will not be eligible for a refund. However, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your session for a later date and time, subject to availability.

**Session Details**

5. **Session Duration**: Each photography session will last approximately 20 minutes with a total of 60 minutes allocated for the Santa photoshoot experience.

6. **Setting**: The session will include a Christmassy setting for your photographs.

7. **Santa Claus**: Santa Claus will be available for photos during the session at no additional charge.

8. **Maximum Participants**: The maximum number of participants allowed in a single session is limited to 4 individuals.

**Photo Delivery**

9. **Digital Delivery**: Five (5) photos taken during the session will be delivered to You digitally in a high resolution, ready-to-print quality within 48 hours after the photo session.

10. **Data Handling**: We do not save or store your photos once they are delivered to You, and we will never share your photos without your explicit consent.

**Consent**

11. **Grant of Consent**: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You grant Us consent to deliver the photos from your session to You as specified in section 9.

**General**

12. **Liability**: We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the photography session.

13. **Changes to Terms**: We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication.

14. **Governing Law**: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of City of Cork.
